My path
I grew up in the Allgäu — and my journey was anything but straight. From secondary school through to a business degree: where you start matters far less than keeping going.
I trained as a systemic coach in 2016, then spent years in sales, marketing, and HR — where I saw first-hand how deeply our beliefs and decisions shape our results. Since 2020, I've been working alongside people through real turning points — in work and in life. What I keep finding:
Most people don't need more advice. They need clarity, confidence in themselves, and the courage to take the next step.
